Returns/Exchanges must be requested and returned to us within 30 days of ship date. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Items received after that time frame are non-refundable/non-exchangeable and will not be returned to you unless you pay for return shipping.

Exchanges are made via return and repurchase.  You can mail back your original purchase, and at your convenience place a new order for the size you need.

Once your returned item has been received in original, new condition, not worn or washed, and with tags ON, you will be refunded (less shipping fees) for your item.  Items that get returned to us that are visibly worn, scuffed, damaged, or not in original condition will not be refunded. Shoes must be in their original packaging (box included if it was received in one) or no refund will be given. In addition, please do not mail shoes back in only their shoe box. All shoes should be shipped in a shipping box to prevent damage to the original box or shoes.

Shipping fees will not be refunded on returns/exchanges, nor will the shipping fees for the original item that was ordered be refunded.  

Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Undergarments, Hair Accessories, Tights (boys/mens in addition to children's/women), Face Masks, Toe Pads, Jewelry, and Special Order Items are NON-RETURNABLE. If returned, no refund will be given and the item will not be returned. 

Sale/Closeout/Clearance/Last Chance Items are FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.  If returned, no refund will be given and your item will not be mailed back to you.

Items that are returned to us do to incorrect address information or RETURN TO SENDER will not be refunded or returned.

We do not guarantee delivery by any certain date and items that get delayed due to mail/postal carrier delays/errors are not eligible for any store credit/future discount/any compensation for the error.  You are welcome to return the items once received (in new and unused condition) if they are no longer needed after that date.

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns/exchanges of 5 or more pieces. 

No items should be returned without contacting us first via email at [email protected] for a return authorization number and to receive the correct address to send returns to. In no instance should items be returned to the manufacturer.
