GENERAL INFORMATION: Your order is very important to us and we know that it is very important to you to have it acted on quickly. Complete orders will be shipped immediately. We will hold incomplete orders for only a short time so that we can ship all your items complete. If an item in your order will be delayed beyond a reasonable time, we will ship what we can quickly and then send out a second shipment at no additional cost to you. If there are unusual delays or problems with any specific items, we will stay in touch with you with all updates. WE PLEDGE TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET ALL SHOW REQUIREMENTS TO YOU ON TIME OR TO TELL YOU IMMEDIATELY IF IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO DO. ALWAYS BE SURE TO LET US KNOW WHEN A SPECIFIC ORDER IS FOR A SHOW OR MIGHT BE NEEDED FOR A SPECIAL DATE.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. No exchanges will be made until returned merchandise is received in its original new condition, not worn, in its original packaging and with its original invoice. Shipping fees will not be refunded on returns. Shipping fees will be charged on all exchanges. Please include shipping fees (call first for amount).  

Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Undergarments, Tights, Face Masks, Toe Pads, Jewelry, Customized or Embellished Products, Special Order Items, and Sale Items are NON-RETURNABLE.  If returned, no refund will be given.  

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns of 5 or more pieces.


PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping fees are based on the total cost of order.   Priority Mail Should Be Used For Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, APO and FPO. Of Course, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can use UPS Second Day Air at Greater Expense.

International Shipment Freight Charges Will Vary By Weight and Destination
