The taps are already in place and the buckle is attached by elastic for a firmer fit. Micro cellular pads are included.
Bloch recommends girls size 8.5 - 1.5 start with 1/2 size larger than street shoe size. Girls size 1.5 - 3.5 start with 3 full sizes larger than street shoe size which means they would have to take a ladies size.
